Is there a limit to the number of requests I can submit?
There is no limit on the number of requests you can submit within the term of your subscription. Requests are fulfilled one at a time.
What's the turnaround time for a request?
Requests are typically fulfilled within 2 business days, but more complex projects do take more time. For context, a one-page website typically takes a week whereas a website with 4 to 6 pages takes about a month.
What if I'm not happy with the completed project?
We’ll revise it until you’re absolutely satisfied.
Who would I be working with?
Rebel Bird Studio is a one-person company. When you join Cohesive Brand Creative, you work directly with founder and creative professional, Pam Waldner.
What if I have only one request right now?
Our monthly plan allows you to pause your subscription, so you can pick up where you left off when you have the need for further creative services. If that doesn’t work for you at this stage of your business, send us an email with the project you’ve got in mind. We may have alternative solutions that are a better match for your needs.
What software programs do you work with?
We use the Adobe Creative Cloud for most of our work: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Animate, Audition, Dimension, and Fresco. In addition, we use the WordPress content management system from WordPress.org (not WordPress.com) with the Divi theme for new websites.
